Room and bathroom doors need serious maintenance!!! Towels were torn and few for a family of six. Elevators frequently out of service, making it a hassle to get around. Cleaning requires better attention!!!

the place is an absolute eye sore! dirty rooms with broken towel hangers, not to mention the terrible odors! too noisy with the windows not even closing properly. I expected a room upgrade for my discomfort. such a disappointment! I almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn't. too many issues to overlook, really.
